Two checks are carried out daily on the packaged product by the laboratory daily:
- on the chemical-physical and organoleptic characteristics to check that they correspond to the defined standards;
- on the labelling - to check the batch number, expiry date and the label in general for errors.
One check is carried out every hour on the packaged product by the production line staff:
- on the quality of the bottle top
- on the finished product's general appearance (labelling, codification).
If and when goods remain in the warehouse for more than six months, testing is carried out in order to check the condition of the oil and prevent the sale of an oil that could have suffered oxidation, caused by exposure to strong light or heat.
