Production Process

After having passed rigorous chemical-physical and organoleptic tests, the Carapelli blend is skilfully prepared taking into consideration the pre-defined standards that are to be attained.

The blend is then further tested from a chemical-physical perspective and consequently filtered in order to eliminate any remaining traces of vegetation water or impurities.

The filtered oil is then sent to the bottling department where up to 350 bottles per minute (20000 per hour), are checked, filled and labelled.
